I had the most incredible stay at Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club in Tulum. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and attended to every need. The hotel itself is like a luxurious oasis, with spacious rooms that have a luxury feel and a private terrace with a jacuzzi. The cenote is absolutely stunning and swimming in it with the fish was a memorable experience. The food at the restaurant, especially dinner, was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with its delicious Mexican culinary options. this was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon, and we can't wait to come back someday.

New building and rooms with the hot tub. Superfriendly staff, free concierge service and ironing. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The suite overlooks garden and includes coffee/tea making equipment and glassware.

Spacious and immaculate room with the hot tub, the staff was AMICABLE. We were in a favourable and exceptional location just a short stroll away from Ziggys. The restaurant was great and its delicious dishes are to die for.

Spacious suite with a private pool: Our suite at the hotel felt like a private oasis with its own pool. It was like having our own mini-resort right in our room!

The attentive staff assisted with our bags and car, ensuring a smooth stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to other beach hotels in the area. We can't wait to visit again!

The value for money at Shibari was excellent - we got a luxurious and spacious room with the most comfortable bed. The location was convenient, within walking distance to great restaurants and beach clubs. The staff treated us like royalty, and the welcome present and little treats throughout our stay were a nice touch. We felt safe and secure with the hotel's security measures.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety.
